“a friend. is someone who supports your breath.” —Nayyirah Waheed

What began many years ago as a practice of darting eyes, comparison, and emphasis of effort over ease, Jenn’s yoga and movement journey has been just that: a journey. Fortunately, she’s discovered over the years that a movement practice is more than something to strive for, but a way to thrive. It is a way to create longevity in the body, notice thoughts and actions, and shift the way we choose to interact with the world around us.

As a teacher, Jenn is of the belief that the way we move our bodies doesn't have to be extra fancy or extra bendy to be effective, and that finding solutions to make yoga, movement, and breath practices accessible to all bodies and abilities is important. Thanks to many gifted teachers, and deep explorations in Ashtanga Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Dance and Functional Movement, the thriving, growth, and solution-seeking continue.
